Fernando is a highly experienced expert in personal safety and situational awareness, with over a decade of experience as an undercover operator in human trafficking missions. He has worked on the frontlines to rescue victims and disrupt criminal networks.
Since August 2022, Fernando has been an active member of the Dominican Republic National Police, assigned to the Special Operations Department as a close-quarters combat instructor for the SWAT team. He has trained thousands of military personnel, law enforcement officers, intelligence operatives, and security personnel across Latin America in advanced techniques for survival, observation, and threat assessment.
